- Reminisce about the Bride's childhood or single
life. Food and decor should reflect her early likes
and dislikes. Select an outfit that reflects what she

- Provide the Bride with everything she will need
on the day of her wedding and ask guests to bring gifts
that are relevant to a particular time of day. Gifts
can include a spa treatment to relax her on the morning
of the big day, a robe or fancy creams for her to use
as she gets dressed, and lingerie for her first night
of marriage. Complete a Bride-to-Be scrapbook yourself
or with friends and family, and read aloud from the
"Last Minute Help", "Just-in-Case"
and "Advice for the Big Day" pages.

"Spa Party"
- Buff, polish and pamper the Bride as she prepares
for her Big Day. Host the shower at a local spa or invite
guests over to your home and hire a manicurist or buy
a home manicure kit. Complete a Bride-to-Be scrapbook

around at the party. Play the "Let-Me-Tell-You
Your Future" Game while you indulge her (and yourself)
with a spa treatment.

- Provide the Bride with some of the things she
will need on her honeymoon and help her prepare for
married life after the wedding. Gifts can include clothing
and accessories for the honeymoon, a journal or photo
album to record honeymoon memories or a prepaid dinner
at the location where the honeymoon will take place.

- Does the Bride know how to cook? Host the bridal
shower at a cooking school or invite guests over to
your home and have either a professional or guests demonstrate
some of their favorite recipes. Gifts can revolve around

or with friends and family, and invite guests to use
the blank pages to add some favorite recipes to the
book.
