Roopal Patel: Ambassador of Style
When she is invited to a party, Roopal Patel never worries about what to wear. As a fashion director of Bergdorf Goodman, New York's most stylish department store, she has access to one of the world's biggest walk-in closets. When we meet in her office one morning, the first thing I register is her outfit: thin green sweater, tailored pants, statement jewelry and bare feet clad in high-heeled sandals. That's right...the temperature is chilly outside, but this fashionista's commitment to her stylish cause remains red-hot. Despite the stress and scrutiny she endures in her role as an ambassador of style, Patel does not get cold feet.
